Jenny Alekna

My passion for starting a career specifically in interior design came a little later, when I was planning and designing my first home build alongside our architect and the builders. I had so much fun designing the interior spaces I knew if it were my career, I’d love it so much it’d feel like I never had to do a day’s work again. So, I went back to college to train as a professional interior and set up my own interior design company Jennifer Suzanne Interiors.

I thoroughly enjoy working with House of Arden, and I love that I’m able to bring a wealth of experience, flair for style and attention to detail to each project I’m involved with. I’m a typical Virgo – a perfectionist that must arrange every detail flawlessly from colour coordination to folding towels, and cushion arrangement to styling a shelf that wows when you walk into the room.

When I’m working in collaboration with House of Arden, I enjoy that I can help the team transform a plain property into a stylishly staged home in a matter of days, something that usually takes weeks or months when working on my own clients’ private interior design projects!

When I’m not choosing paint colours, wallpapers or the perfect sofa for a client, I love updating the accessories in my own home, which I share with my two teenage boys. I also enjoy dinner dates with friends and travelling to all sorts of different places with my partner.
