The vendor approached us to stage one of the properties prior to going on the market, creating a showhome for the new complex.

The property was stunning, full of character and had been finished to an incredibly high standard, but with no furniture, potential buyers may have been struggling to imagine it as their home and how to use some of the space.

We staged the property throughout, creating a chic country vibe, using all the space effectively, including a study space in a small first floor room.

Once the property hit the market, it received unprecedented interest, a number of viewings and successfully sold within just a few weeks, with other properties within the development selling off the back of the staged showhome.
