When the developer bought Birmingham Road, in a popular area of Redditch, it required a little TLC, including replastering and painting, new fireplaces, plus a new kitchen and new bathroom. Once the work was completed, the developer put the property on the market with a local agency. But, after several weeks on the market and no offers, they contacted us and treated their deserving property to our full home staging service.
