Situated within an innovative rural development tailored for individuals over the age of 55, this residence is located amidst 1.85 acres of picturesque Worcestershire Countryside, which was an important consideration when were asked to stage the property.

The developers approached us wanting to create a 'show home' for the handful of new homes they'd created.

The property was stunning, full of character and finished to a very high standard, but with no furniture, it was difficult to gauge room sizes and furniture placement in the open plan living space.

Although the complex and property enjoys new and modern interiors, we still wanted to embrace and pay tribute to the surrounding countryside through the staging.

With this in mind, we staged the property throughout using a mix of modern and chic country pieces, using all the space throughout the home effectively.

Once the property went live interest was raised for the whole complex, with the show home successfully sold in less than a month.
